Porridge Oats with almond milk and a scoop of vanilla protein.
Turkey Bacon, boiled egg, spinach & bean mix cooked in coconut oil.
Rump steak, boiled egg, sweet potato fries and a mixed veg (spinach, red cabbage, mangetout, sugar snap peas and pine nuts)
All in all a good day. I did have 2 coconut macaroons throughout the day but not bad considering what I would normally binge on.
Also drank 3ltrs of water and had a protein shake after my work out.
So I failed this weekend with the clean eating and put some weight back on 😥 after chatting to my lovely friend Natalie, we’ve decided to get lean and cut together. I’ve done some research for inspiration and found some women who are my size and shape (minus the fat) who I want to end up looking similar too. I’ve save it as the photo below and set it as my home screen and lock screen on my phone.
Let’s hope this all helps me stay on track.
Help it needs a name
Ok so my dinner tonight was the very first recipe I have made from scratch just throwing things together l had leftover.
It’s contents are the following:
Turkey Mince, a little dolmio mix garlic and extra onion one, mangetout, sugar snap peas, spinach, feta (:mrgreen:), chilli, paprika, garlic and salt and pepper.
I made a side of sweet potato fries to go with it and it was AMAZING 😆
Now all it needs is a name, any suggestions are welcome.
No time for gym workout today so did this little thing at home. I’ve been trying to get double unders for months. I cam string one and today I managed 2 together. 50 double unders took me 6:20 lol I will get them.
So, my friend gave me this amazing recipe today and it’s just simply amazing.
2 – 3 Chicken Breasts
Chorizo (Any amount – I have about half)
1 x Tinned Tomatoes
1 x Chipotle Chilli
50g Sugarsnap Peas
1 x Tin Sweetcorn
1 TSP Cayenne Pepper
1 TSP Garlic Powder
Ok, so today I thought I’d have a bash at Cauliflower Rice. All I have to say is WOOOOOOOOW lol I thought it was gonna be a long fiddly process but it took about 4 mins in total.
My dinner tonight Cauliflower Rice with Turkey breast in a lemon and herb sauce. This a tea plate, I like to fill it so my mind thinks I’ve eaten loads lol 😉
So below is my week 1 progress. I was happy with it and shocked to see minor small changes in a week. I’ve done Crossfit 4 times and an evening Insanity Class. I also have injuries so am rather proud 🙂
Also been eating lots of Tacos lol this is a favourite at the moment:
Turkey Mince, bean sprouts, onion, spinach, garlic, feta, salsa and guacamole 😍

Feta and Bacon Taco
I didn’t fancy my normal lunch today so threw some things together and made this its amazing:-
A handful of spinach
A handful of beansproats
2 spring onions
3x Turkey Bacon Rashers
1 tbsp houmous with paprika for seasoning
Crumbled Feta sparingly on the taco before adding the veggies
I also have come to the conclusion I need a frying pan, it doesn’t matter how I clean it but every time I use it, it smokes and sets off my fire alarms lol

These were amazing and so easy to cook
My favourite brekkie 😆 I eat this most mornings.
1/2 cup of old fashioned oats
1 cup unsweetened Almond Milk
1 scoop protein (I’ve tried many flavours my favourite is by far vanilla)
Served hot or cold.
Lunch isn’t going to be so healthy today but I’m going as clean as I can lol
