So today is the first day of my 12 week journey whilst my hubby is away. Let’s hope I can make some changes for when he returns 😆
Day 1 weigh in was not good, 81.3kg (178.6lb). I’ve let myself slack a bit with my food although exercise has remained the same. But just shows a healthy balanced diet is also what’s needed. (As I type this dominoes sent me a text offering a bogoff deal!!!)
I prepped my lunches for the next 3 days all I need to add on the day is my spinach.
I also got my Spiralizer through the post 😆😆😆 so will be making courgetti tonight for the first time 🍴
Not much to report but I have a good healthy vibe/feeling today I can do this.
