Week 1 done

So below is my week 1 progress. I was happy with it and shocked to see minor small changes in a week. I’ve done Crossfit 4 times and an evening Insanity Class. I also have injuries so am rather proud πŸ™‚


Also been eating lots of Tacos lol this is a favourite at the moment:


Turkey Mince, bean sprouts, onion, spinach, garlic, feta, salsa and guacamole 😍

More uploads soon. I am also on day 30 of the Shredz 90 days Transformation today πŸ™‚
