Porridge Oats with almond milk and a scoop of vanilla protein.
Turkey Bacon, boiled egg, spinach & bean mix cooked in coconut oil.
Rump steak, boiled egg, sweet potato fries and a mixed veg (spinach, red cabbage, mangetout, sugar snap peas and pine nuts)
All in all a good day. I did have 2 coconut macaroons throughout the day but not bad considering what I would normally binge on.
Also drank 3ltrs of water and had a protein shake after my work out.
